Safety Will the magnetic stirrer fall into my mouth while drinking?
No. The built-in magnetic base holds the capsule firmly centered at the bottom of the mug. You can also easily pop it out before drinking if you prefer.
Cleaning & maintenance How do I clean and wash the mug?
Add warm water and a drop of liquid soap, then press the stir button for 5 seconds to self-clean. Rinse the interior thoroughly with clean water. Hand-wash only—do not submerge the base in water or place the mug in a dishwasher to protect the internal motor and charging port.
Capability Can it blend solid ice cubes or frozen fruit?
No. This mug is designed to blend coffee powders, syrups, hot chocolate, baby formula, matcha, and protein supplements into liquids smoothly. It is not a heavy-duty electric blender meant for crushing ice or hard solid foods.
Battery & power How long does the battery last on a single charge?
A full 3-hour charge provides up to 2–3 weeks of everyday use based on 2 to 3 mixing cycles per day. A dedicated USB charging cable is included in the box.
